Shipping policy


1. Locations

We currently ship across India. Whether you're in a metro or a remote village, if a courier reaches you, so do we.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. COD Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for selected pin codes at an additional fee of ₹75.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS so you can monitor its journey.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and Local Courier Partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

7. Delays & Exceptions

In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you via email or phone. If a product is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we will reach out to you to offer a replacement, refund, or adjusted delivery timeline.

8. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll get in touch to reschedule. Re-shipping charges may apply.

9. In-Transit Damage

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sanchfarms.com.
